This was our last stop in Japan (after visiting Tokyo and Kyoto) and we saved the best for last. Our room was gorgeous (great view and spacious) with every amenity I could think of (bubble bath, face products, tea/coffee) and lovely bathroom. In addition to an outside balcony with chairs. I would book again in a heartbeat.

One of the best experiences and stays I’ve had. The service was one of a kind and they even helped me recover my phone that I left on a train. I can’t explain how amazing this place was from the restaurant on the 10th floor to the views of the city from the room. The mini bar had various kinds of drinks that welcome you to Japanese culture. Spacious, good location.

Good location close to Hankyu, stores and restaurants. Best of all, there was an open bar every evening for hotel guests. It's a tad expensive but the rooms are also more spacious than most hotels in Japan
