The room is big enough for 1 traveler although the toilet is quite small. It would be nice if there is a deodorizer putting in the toilet. The metro subway is very close and JR station is only 10 minutes to arrive. Lots of convenience stores nearby. The safety problem is not a big concern.

Attractive price and convenient location

I have stayed there before. Price is attractive since the room has private bathroom. Next to subway station and within walking distance to Tennoji. Just the refrigerator was very noisy so I could not sleep well in the first few days. Initially I was not aware the sound was from the refrigerator and thought it was the air conditioner. After I unplugged the power of the refrigerator, I could have good sleep.

西成で滞在するのには立地も良く普通にステキなホテルでした。 スタッフ対応も簡潔でスムーズに済ませてくれて良かったです。 設備に関してはテレビがもう少し新しければ…とは思いましたが寝るだけだったのであまりマイナスにはなりませんでした。 リーズナブルな金額でここまでのサービスを受けられるなら問題なしです。

エアコンの吹き出し口やお風呂の壁のカビが酷い。 エレベーターが一緒になった従業員もマスクもせずずっと喋ってる。 カードキーもなかなか開かない。 連泊の為、タオル交換でフロントに行ったら無言での受け渡し。 Wi-Fiも途切れ途切れでパソコンも使いにくく、ポケットWi-Fiに切り替え。 良い事全く無かった。
