I reserved 2 rooms for my party. I had one triple room and one double room. I was very happy with the triple room however the double room was disappointing. There was no privacy in the bathroom. No door that closed off from the room itself so when you come out of the shower that space to dry off and dress is completely open. One night I called down for some fresh towels and the front desk told me to come get it myself. I always reserve an additional day as my flight leaves at night but when I went to check out (around 4:00) they fuel was trying to say I owe 6000JPY more. I told her that I was checking out early not late. I was happy with the amenities in the lobby as it was convenient and always stocked.

From courteous staff to delicious breakfast, the location was a perfect stay for my girlfriend and I! Plus, it is connected to the Osaka/umeda stations - which made transportation easy! In addition, it is about 20 minutes to Dotonbori (location with great food, street vendors, glico man sign). I highly recommend this location if it’s your first time in Osaka, Japan like us! Thank Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE Osaka for a wonderful stay❤️

Convenient location at Osaka station, but not sure about cleanliness of en suite bathrooms. Weird “tatami” textured floors in en suite bathrooms; I don’t know how clean it can be. I can see liquid stains on the textured tatami flooring in the toilet room and toothpaste stains in the sink area. Stains also evident on the bathroom stools and on the decorative foot of bed coverings. Otherwise very convenient location with shopping and dining in same building as well as at the adjacent station building.
