Great! It’s the second time I stayed in this hotel. I like that it is very convenient. It is right above Yodobashi and next to Lucua and Lucua 1000. These are the reasons why I will come back. The rooms are quite clean as well. I will choose this hotel again if I go to Osaka again.

Tis hotel has minimum service from the staff.Everything is self check in and self check out.Nobody around to help you if you require any service.Room is veey small for price tat we paid,abt $300 for 1 night. Only good thing is its in middle of 4 shopping malls.

Great location for transportation (trains and limo bus from kansai) and shopping. Perfect for families! It was just a little hard to get to the hotel entrance but once you figure it out its an amazing hotel!

Conveniently located near the Umeda Osaka City station and plenty of shopping areas. Safe and quiet. The buffet is good but it would have been nice to not have to pay for lattes and cappuccinos. The elevator issue was a bit of a nuisance having to ride to the 9th floor lobby in one area, then changing elevators to the rooms.
