Compact hotel located in a great eating and drinking area of Osaka. Staff were helpful, amenities were great - the rooms were just a tad small for a double room and two sets of luggage, but that is often standard in Japan. They were however spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was varied every day of our stay, it was fantastic to have mostly Japanese dishes. The meal options around the hotel were endless - we had excellent izakaya meals throughout our stay, and there is also a supermarket and subway station nearby. Overall, would book again for a short, budget-friendly but good-value stay.

Staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room and hotel itself was immaculate, very spacious and clean. I love the location right next to Train Station and restaurants and convenience stores. The laundry machines are amazing and so convenient. I highly recommend Hotel Hanshin Annex Osaka! I would definitely stay here when I visit Osaka again.

I found this hotel to be a bit luxurious for a friendly price. The staff was VERY good and they pay atgention to every detail. The check-in and check-out was very smooth and they took care of our lugagge transfer withouth problem. This hotel is 4 minutes away from Fukushima Train Station and it has a very big variety of restaurants around the area. There's also a very nice supermarket and a 7/11. Room was a bit small but we had two twin beds which was super comfortable to sleep. I would stay again. Very pleasant experience.

Elegant hotel with friendly staff, excellent facilities, and fast Wi-Fi. There is a food store next door, as well as small restaurants and a bakery around the hotel. It is one metro stop or a 15-min walk from Umeda Station (with a direct line to Kyoto) either on the streets or through an underground tunnel nearby. There is also an easy metro ride to Shin-Osaka Station from Umeda Station for the Shinkansen. I am a walker and walked everywhere from the hotel, including Osaka Castle, the Dotombori area, and even to Tsūtenkaku Tower. But the metro lines to these places are also convenient. The room was a bit on the small side, which is typical in Japan, so it is not an issue.
