Fantastic location and helpful staff. Located in Namba but a bit further south, so it has the closeness to Dotonburi and Namba without being right in the action. Walking to Dotonburi only takes 15 minutes or so and there are walkable options for subway stations to get around. Was able to easily get around Osaka and travel to Kyoto for day trips from here. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Great location, on a walkable street with lots of shops and restaurants (no cars) with even more in the area and close to Namba station. Space is a bit tight in the 3 person room, but very clean and separation between toilet, sink and bath/shower which is convenient for sharing. Lots of toiletries available at reception to take as needed, the usual toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and soap but also hair ties, serum, cream, cleansing oil, etc.

Hotel is situated close enough to Namba subway station ( about 10 mins walk) , yet is in a bit of a quite area which was a nice place to come home to after a day of sightseeing and shopping in the busy streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch along with the free toiletries. There is a Lawson store conveniently located just steps away on the second floor, which also has a department store and ramen shops nearby. The only critique I have is the room cleanliness. Perhaps it was a one off, but our sink was not cleaned well from the previous occupant, with a qtip left between the sink and counter trim, along with obvious mildew on the faucet which could have come off with a decent scrub. This was a bit of a turn off for an otherwise pleasant room. Overall it was a great stay and would be a contender if we visit Osaka again
