Great comfortable rooms with limited wifi.

I really like the fact that there was check in counter. They send you a code to get the key out of a lock box and then you have your room key. The only thing that was not so good was the wifi. I only had a spoty connection that kept disconnecting. Could not do anything on phone and not being able to speak Japanese there was nothing to do.

長期滞在は、清掃しないポリシーらしい

3泊しました。1泊目に帰ると、清掃がされてませんでした。部屋の壁に、清掃不要の札があり、もちろん出してません。電話で確認すると、長期滞在は、清掃は、しないポリシーとの事。もちろん、そんな事は、ネットで見ませんでした。また、長期滞在なのに、アメニティや、タオルは、1泊分。どうやって長期滞在すればいいのか？翌日朝イチにタオル持って来るとの事でしたが、こちらからの連絡するまで、持って来る事なかった。部屋の清掃も、ベッドメイクと、ゴミ箱のみ。部屋のコップや、バスタブは、清掃なしでした。価格が安いとは言え、あまりにお粗末でした。

最悪でした

夜の便だったため、空港近くのホテルを探しここに決めました。フロントに管理人がいなく、鍵は部屋の扉のすぐ横にあるダイヤル式のボックスに入れられており、事前にメールで教えてもらった4桁の数字を入れても開かず、部屋に入ることができませんでした。フロントに書いてある電話番号に電話をしても一切繋がらず、ホテルドットコムに記載されている電話番号に電話するとホテルドットコムの人(たぶん中国人)が取り、全部説明しましたが結局自分たちで夜からホテルを探すことになりました。後日ホテルドットコムからまた連絡しますと言われましたが電話はありませんでした。お金、変換して欲しいです。写真で見る限り部屋は綺麗そうで楽しみだったのに。。。残念すぎます。

非常乾淨的房間

地點偏僻，對於自駕要去機場的旅客來說是個絕佳的選擇，可能因為偏僻，住房率相對低，機會整個旅館只有我們一組客人！ 住宿兩晚，餐廳完全沒有開放......是因為只有一組房客所以就不開放嗎？

3人部屋の和室を利用しましたが建物自体が新しく部屋は清潔で快適でした。 ただし、WIFIが玄関ホールにしかないため部屋までは届きませんでした。 テレビやエアコンは備え付けてあり、バスタオルや歯ブラシもあり、コンセントは4か所ありました。

このホテルはフロントが居ないので、チェックインは部屋のドア横のキーボックスから鍵を取り出し入るということでしたが、事前にメールでいただいていた暗証番号を入れてキーボックスを開いたところ、鍵が入っておらず。エクスべディアの連絡先に問い合わせたのですが、対応されていたのが日本人の方ではなかったので、うまく問題が伝わらず。ただ、たまたまおられた部屋の掃除をされるスタッフの方が親切に対応してくださったので助かりました。スタッフの方からいただいた鍵はカードキーで、メールの説明にあったのは普通の鍵の説明でした。情報の説明不足が多くて今後の利用は不安なので考えてしまいます。
