The amenities provided by this hotel were much appreciated - from the in-room hot water dispenser that came with four kinds of coffee and two kinds of tea, public baths (separate for women and men), pajamas (one size), and welcome drinks every day, we enjoyed our stay at this 6-year-old property, which needless to say was in excellent condition with modern furnishings. It's a short walk to/from the Shin-Osaka station (Exit 4). While the surrounding is quiet and we were on the highest floor, we still heard the trains passing by throughout the night, but it did not impact us once we were asleep. The hotel was able to hold our luggage for us after we've checked out as well, for pick-up later in the day. I would recommend and definitely stay here again if coming to/leaving from Osaka by Shinkansen.

The hotel very comfortable and the rooms spacious it is walking distance to the station, there is a store on corner should you require and food and restaurants within walking distance. The onsen is an added extra with the outfit and added extra to wear.

We loved this as a base of operations in Osaka, easy to get to from the Shinkansen and other subways at the hub of Shin-Osaka station. The dining options were not obvious in the neighborhood, but once we gave it a look there were plenty and of course the station itself is full of options and just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful as we had a package shipped there, and while we did not know Japanese they had enough english speaking staff to work things out even without use of a translator.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean and staff are great. We had an issue with one of our reservations and they made it right for us. They suggested to cancel one of the reservation which made us save money. The hotel has great amenities like steam sauna and the onsen which is great for a cold weather and a long day of walking around town. It is also a short distance walk to Shin-Osaka Station which has plenty of restaurants and there are also restaurants next door in a building next to the hotel. There is also a Lawson store nearby which is a plus. Price for our stay is also great. Overall, I would go back if I will visit Osaka again. Highly recommended.

Sad that they removed the Lawson mart from the ground floor. We also weren't able to get breakfast because tickets were sold out. Make sure to purchase in advance! Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay like the last time we were here, no real problems.

We stayed in the deluxe room, which offers plenty of space for two people. It's well situated near to Shin Osaka Station and has walkable helpful places nearby.

This is our second trip to Japan and decided to stay near the Shin-Osaka train station, within 9 minutes of walking distance. easy access to all locations. The area around hotel has limited shopping, however, at the train station we found over 30 restaurants, shopping, etc. The morning breakfast at the hotel is an absolute plus. A variety of delicious foods for all and great staff. We highly recommend it. We did use the on-site ONSEN and loved it. There were also other amenities like pajamas, personal items like lotion, etc. I love trying these out when we go the hotels in Japan. Our room was comfortable and modern. We would highly recommend this hotel and area.

Very good hotel and location

Very nice hotel and in great location with easy access to a central rail station (Shin Osaka). Breakfast buffet is also quite good, but not worth the advertised 2200 yen /pp. If you can get it as part of your package at a discount, then worth adding to your stay.

This hotel is walking distance from the train station. It is in a commercial/ neighborhood for locals so about 30 mins from dontonburi that’s with the walking to the train station which is 7-10 min slow walk and 5 min when your arrive to dontonburi station so not riding for 30 mins. Staff was great and helpful due to the snow storm my luggage didn’t arrive for a couple of days this is when I was staying in Kyoto. However, once getting to karaksa they were able to get in contact with the luggage service and when I had heard from them in the morning and went out for the day saw a note on my table once I returned. They had also called the room to let us know the luggage was at reception. The breakfast was great, they also have a great shower. Be aware that the tubs are smaller than US tubs so 5’11” and taller you can’t fully extend your legs at least not comfortably, but that was the case at all my hotels in Japan. Toilet is in a separate room which is very. There is no cafe or bar lounge. They do have a beverage dispenser for coffee and sodas. The walls are a bit thin I could hear my neighbors in the next room time to time. I was on the 19th floor and the view was exquisite!! Beautiful mountains ranges in the distance sunrise and sunset looked amazing

The hotel is not as sound proofed as other hotels we have stayed at in Japan e.g. you can hear the floor above. The lounge access was good with drinks provided and also microwaves for you to use to eat food brought in from outside. The room is a bit more basic i.e. no tea and coffee, but good as a place to lie your head. Water pressure was great and nice to have a bath too. The reception is on the 2nd floor, staff were friendly and helpful.
