We love this hotel. The area is very close to everything. The staffs are friendly. They also have free coffee, tea, soft drinks, hot and cold water 24/7 with free snacks. The bed is huge, the room is clean and the size of the room is a little bit bigger than the other hotels we stayed in Japan. We will use this hotel again.

Phenomenal location for exploring Namba, Dotonbori, and central Osaka on foot — and close to train lines to get anywhere else (e.g. Universal Studios, Aquarium).
