Staff was really friendly and hospitality was great. Room was clean and had enough room for us 4 boys. Located right next to the Shin Imamiya train station made it so easy to get around Osaka. Located near by is the Tsutenkaku tower, great place to get pictures of the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was clean and buzzing, but staff were unforgiving and unsympathetic. We misplaced our hotel card on the day of checking out and they charged us 3000 yen as a penalty. Even though they have a stack of endless cards on the table ready to activate. It wasn't a key but just a plastic card that you can de-activate if lost. We felt this was very unreasonable and very expensive for a piece of plastic. The hotel stay was 2 x more expensive than other accommodation options and we chose this for the green lawn, thinking it would be great for kids to run around. However there were mosquitoes everywhere and not viable to run around for long. It was also too hot outside so don't expect to be able to enjoy the lawn during the summer. We also chose the hotel for their free takoyaki and free beer. Free beer is good but takoyaki is very average. No sauces, no bonito flakes, 1 tiny piece of squid and the rest is all batter. Rooms were relatively small given the price. I disliked that the mattress slid off the frame every time we moved. The bed frame did not have an indent groove to lock in the mattress. Area around the hotel - there is a family mart and Donki 1 block away but that's about it. There is no life outside the hotel so don't expect to come downstairs and enjoy some shopping straight away. You are not in the heart of any action. Would not stay again due to the expensive fee for card we lost while packing our suitcase that day.

We booked 6 months in advanced and we requested to be near to each other or one or max two floors apart because we have kids, they divided us into 2 floors very far, and than the clients just after us had rooms same floor as my family!!!! Plus the layout of the room is so inconvenient, and u don’t have a choice ton wake up everyone to wash ur hands, because the sink is in the middle of the living area. I didn’t have a good experience.

For the kind of price paid, there was no housekeeping, everything is self-service with expensive restaurant and cafe with very small portions of so-so food. The staff at the lobby were robotic and lack any kind of warmth and do their tasks to their slowest possible, showing no qualms in keeping you waiting. We all fell sick after staying there, not sure if it is due to lack of cleaning.

Near the Nankai Train Station and have express train to Kansai Airport. However, the hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel! The staff's English cannot serve English Speaking Guests well. The night staff especially, cannot speak very well English. I left my card key in the room and have a hard time communicating with them. The housekeeping only change the towels and made the bed. They won't clean any left-over food nor change the dirty mugs. They don't clean the washing basin and tub.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel! The breakfast is so-so. We have to wait 45 min to be seated for breakfast! The housekeeping department does not clean your washing basin and tub! They won't take away your dirty mugs and replace new ones. I think the only thing they do is vacuum the floor, make the bed, replace the towels and toilet rolls. The front desk staff's English is limited! I think it is not prepared to serve the tourists from around the world for the Osaka Expo 2025!
