We stayed for 2 days during our Osaka trip. We were given a room on the 30th floor with fantastic city views. The hotel is generally quite busy, but the space is large so it doesn't feel crowded. Room was spacious and super clean. It also felt new, maybe it was recently renovated. We tried the pool and Jacuzzi which were great. Namba station is chaotic, but if you follow the hotel instructions, you will have no problem. Only improvement area was that we felt more staff is needed in reception as there was quite a wait. Also, they did not allow early check-in.

We had an excellent stay with breakfast each day. The staff in the restaurant were very good. The room was excellent and included a Nespresso machine. On the less good side, 15 minutes to check in waiting in line, and front door attendant was no where to be found when we needed a cab.

Le service était excellent la chambre propre et récemment rénové mais l’emplacement de l’hôtel étant dans le centre d’un grand immeuble était quasi impossible à trouver à pieds. Plusieurs points d’entrée se fait au travers de magasins qui lorsque fermés ne sont plus disponible. Tout le long du séjour le retour à l’hôtel était difficile.

The Swisshotel is conveniently located on top of the Namba Train station and multiple subway lines, allowing us to conveniently take the train to visit multiple museums, the Osaka Aquarium and department stores. The Minami Teppanyaki Restaurant in the Hotel offers excellent food, beautiful ambience and superb service.

The Swiss Hotel is in a great location, close to high end shops and amazing street food. A train to the airport is in the conveniently located on the ground floor. The staff was exceptional. I lost my phone while staying at the hotel and the concierge, Kingsady, worked hard to return it to me.
