Apartment style, air b and b if you chose to stay longer, but perfect for a weekend trip. Breakfast options were yummy, but could have had more variety. The dinner options were delicious. Easy quick check in and out options. Everything was clean, nice new building. Grear price we had too.

The hotel condition is very good. Rooms are clean and the toilet is also very clean. This is a self check-in hotel, so you don't get to see the staffs unless there is an issue. There are limited restaurants nearby, so you'd better handle all your meals when you're out.

The apartment was clean and the building is well kept. It’s close to a station so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk from Universal City Walk so there is access to all styles of restaurants. If you want more local flavor, hop on the train and get to one of the other local neighborhoods and enjoy the local dining there. There is a Family Mart just down the street for quick and easy conbi food. We did have a problem with the door lock sticking one time but the staff were quick to respond when contacted via phone. AC worked well in the high heat and the beds were firm but comfortable. I would stay here again.

The property is amaizing, great place and very comfortable with easy access to transport and perfect for Universal Park. Tue only downside is the sorroundings are not very good looking as it seems to be an industrial area.

元はマンションとして建設をした建物なのか、2LDKのゆったりとした客室でした！ チェックイン開始時間に到着したために若干混んではいましたがQRコードを読み込ませた後は宿泊者全員の顔を撮影するだけでしたのでとてもスムーズでした。 大浴場やレストランは利用していない素泊まりでしたのでその辺りのことは不明ですが、こちらのホテルを起点として万博やUSJ、梅田や心斎橋付近でのショッピングを楽しめました！ 唯一の弱みとしては、ホテル付近にレストランやコンビニが無いということでしょうか。 コンビニまでは歩いて15分ぐらいはかかったかと思います。 飲食店までも多少は歩くことと、あまり数はありませんでした。 ただし、調理器具・食器類・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・コンロなど完備ですので、もし素泊まりされるとしても食材等をまとめて買っておけば家と変わらないような生活できます！

1년된 신상 숙소라 그런지 깨끗했어요. 방 2개, 베란다 있고 조식은 무료고 대욕탕도 밤 늦게까지 하는데 숙소가 20만원 초반이었어요! 오픈 프로모션 가격 같은데 완전 득템! 같은 시기 유니버셜 시티 호텔들은 1박 60만원이었어요. 호텔동을 나가서 대욕탕에 가야 하는건 불편했지만 그것도 신선했어요. 유니버셜 시티역 바로 전역이고, 역에서 도보 5분이에요. 어린 아이가 있음 좀 애매해요. 주변에 편의점이 없고 전철역에서 좀 더 가야 페밀리마트가 있어요. 그것 빼면 깨끗하고 좋았네요. 먼지 알러지 있는 분은 약 미리 드세요. 알러지로 눈물 콧물 다 뺐어요. 베란다 창문 열리니까 환기는 꼭 하구요~환기 하니까 좀 낫더라구요. 젊은 분들은 호텔에서 걸어서 유니버셜 가도 됩니다. 도보 15-20분이에요. 저흰 아이가 있어서 전철 탔어요.

駅にも近く施設も新しくきれいでした。タワーパーキングも完備されていて車で来ても安心。ひなたの湯を無料で利用でき、大変満足しました。景色が素晴らしかったです。それから洗濯機だけではなく、洗剤や干す道具も用意されていて、毎日洗濯ができたのが良かったです。そしてレンジや冷蔵庫だけではなく、食器一式も用意されていて便利でした。車で来たので近くにあるスーパーも利用し、大変快適な毎日を過ごせました。また次の大阪観光の際には利用したいです。次回は食器をふくキッチンペーパーを持参しようと思いました。

新しいのでお部屋は全体的に清潔でした。 洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり大変便利でした。 隣の温泉も良かったです。 チェックインが22時までとあったのですが、当日間に合わないので問い合わせたところ22時を過ぎても問題無いとの事でした。 メールや予約内容だけを見ると22時を過ぎるとチェックイン不可なのかと思い慌てて予定から帰る事になったので、チェックイン時間を過ぎても問題無いと記載して欲しいです。

新しい賃貸用マンションをホテルに改装したと思われる民泊的な宿泊施設 3人以上で広く綺麗な部屋に泊まりたい場合や長期の大阪滞在にはキッチンやリビングが広くて良いだろう ユニバーサルスタジオや大阪万博への利用想定だろうが、立地的に工場倉庫街なので、隣の大浴場併設のレストラン以外は、近隣にコンビニさえ近くにないので要注意 玄関入場やチェックインが予約番号やスマホでの認証だが、コードが複数あって分かりにくく、ネット作業に慣れていない高齢者などには不向き 大浴場はスーパー銭湯に近い設備で露天風呂やサウナも充実
