The staff at the front counter are super nice . The cleaning of the common area are always in good shape. Bed are very comfortable Room being clean every fourth days seem a little too long in between . The bathroom is way too small

Hotel is nice, location is good but they don’t allow you to eat your food at the tables and chairs downstairs. Well they didn’t let me, even though there were other guests eating there the previous two nights we were there.

This Hotel was very nice and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here. The area was very close to the subway and had many small bars a few steps away.

Great hotel location to the train. Additionally, the staff are friendly. We arrived earlier than check-in time, and were allowed to check in to our room to enjoy the rest of the day exploring Osaka.

It was a little bit further out of the way of all the places we wanted to go during our visit but it was safe and quiet. I never saw the staff during my stay but they made sure I had fresh towels everyday. The room was clean and just perfect for the trip. I also appreciated their laundry machines. Cheap and effective . Overall great experience for a good price

The place was very clean and the front desk concierge were also helpful in giving suggestions as to where to go . Moho suggested I go for a day trip to Koyasan and it was the best recommendation ever! I would say that this place is much better enjoying you plan to stay up there at least one night and see the entire area . About the room it has feature I’ve never seen before music when you walk in and shades open automatically . Just a pleasure . It’s perfect!

Place was nice and clean. They held onto our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out without charging us a fee. Cheap food nearby. Lots of Vietnamese food nearby too if you like Vietnamese food. Close to train station. McDonalds 5 min away if your craving a burger at night. Will stay again!
