We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our 8-night visit to Tokyo. The location couldn’t be more convenient — Naka-Okachimachi Station is literally right in front of the hotel, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. There’s also a 7-Eleven diagonally across the street, and plenty of great food spots within a 3–5 minute walk. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to what we’re used to in the U.S., but the cleanliness and thoughtful layout more than make up for it. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also opted for the daily breakfast and were happy with the variety and quality—it was a convenient way to start each day. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Tokyo.

This hotel offered events for its clients, such as a game board day or a "try a kimono" day, with complimentary amenities including cotton swabs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors. The best part was the free ice cream, soda, tea, coffee, and alcoholic drinks. Located on Dotonbori Street near lots of restaurants and shops.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Short walking distance to Dotonbori and shopping/dinning area. Hotel provides free ice cream and drinks to guests in the afternoon. The room is pretty small compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan.

The location is perfect for a short walk to Dotonbori. There are free drinks, ice cream, and ramen at certain times. The bathroom in my room would be perfect if I was two feet shorter.

Overall this was an excellent hotel. Very close to Namba Station and right in Dotonbori. We were a family of 4 with 3 adults and a 10-year old. The triple room was very small but comfortable once we figured out the right setting for the AC. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lobby was also excellent with free drinks, including beer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was kind of a mixed bag. The staff were great and helped us ship our luggage forward with no problem. The room was nice, but there was no easy way to turn the lights off which is insane. The only option was to remove your keycard, but that turned all the power to the room off meaning the AC turned off and you couldn't charge devices overnight. Just a really weird problem to have in a hotel room. The free ice cream and cup noodle is cool but the time is very restricted, most people will be out exploring the city during the hours they offer the free food and by the time you get back at night it won't be available. The location is fantastic though, very easy to walk to Dotonbori or the station.

Great hotel. Amazing location, close to Namba station and main Dotonbori streets. Hotel staff is excellent and accommodates English speakers. There is free beer in the lobby starting at 3 PM, and a breakfast buffet every morning. Highly recommended.

The property is small but it is the only hotel I have been who has free softdrinks and ice cream all day and free alcoholic drinks from 3 pm to nine and free food from 8:30pm toll late. The staff members are the best and respectful.
