The staff were amazing! Kind and fast check in. The room is big enough for 2 (we were in Japan not in the USA so size it’s more than we expected). Great location (close to Dotonbori but not in the middle of crazy Namba). Clean, comfortable, with fridge, kittle inside the room. Microwave and some staff at the front desk with tables! A great place to recommend.

Staff was helpful and nice, no problems checking in or out. The room itself was quite small for two people, but we made it work. There was basically no filtration of sound, ao we heard everyone going in and out talking in the hallway. Woke up to someone else’s alarm they never woke up to turn off at 5AM (it went off for about an hour). If you’re a light sleeper or like an early night, this might be troublesome. Other than that good location and price.

Great location and hospitality

Stayed here while visiting Osaka and the surrounding areas of Kyoto, Nara, and Mt Fiji. The hotel is perfectly situated next to many shopping and dining locations, including a 24hr laundry (since the ones in the hotel were in use)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — the bed made for a great night's sleep. The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation. Breakfast had a nice variety and everything was fresh. Housekeeping did a great job each day, keeping the room clean and well stocked. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved the location of the hotel. Close to every thing we wanted to do and close to subway. Not busy at night so able to get rest and quiet. Washing machine availabilities in hotel helped a lot with packing less to have more space for shopping!
