This hotel felt very corporate, but was nice at the same time. Very clean, nice staff, the restaurants we're not what we wanted to eat in. They mainly offered several course set menus. There was a spa pool, but only platinum members could use it. Afternoon tea looked great, but it needed to be booked several days in advance. It was big and impersonal without personal service.
