The Japanese guy with the curly hair, at the reception was rude for no earthly reason. He couldn't understand english, so he used a screen translator and I was telling him that the screen translator was also displaying in Japanese, which I couldn't understand but he was just unwilling to or try to interpret what I was saying. And was getting frustrated for no earthly reason. The hotel management should understand one thing that we are tourists and we are not going to learn an entire language for a 10 or 15 days stay. If your staff doesn't understand English and is going to deal with foreigners at least try to teach them to be respectful to foreigners and not rude.

L’établissement offre de nombreuses commodités : boissons chaudes disponibles gratuitement toute la journée, petite salle de sport pour garder la forme, et chambre bien équipée. La chambre, de taille correcte pour deux personnes, dispose d’un lave-linge séchant, d’un micro-ondes, d’une bouilloire et d’un réfrigérateur avec un compartiment pour les produits surgelés. Seul bémol : il manque un véritable espace de rangement pour le linge. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour très confortable et pratique.

Tokyu Stay Osaka was a solid and convenient place to stay. The location was great—easy access to transport, food, and shops. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer, which was super helpful. There was no fridge, but overall it was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our trip. A good choice for a simple, hassle-free stay in Osaka.

Very good business level hotel with convenient access to the metro system. Breakfast is quite good and helps start the day. One thing to note - the beds are very firm, if you’re not used to that it’s going to come as a bit of a shock.

I 100% recommend this hotel, it was very convenient near train station, a 18 min walk to Dotonbori. The staff was great, very helpful with questions and with check in. If I come back to Osaka this hotel would be my number one choice.
