Very small room

Room was clean and modern, but very small, even by Japan standards. No room for luggage. NO flexibility on late checkout policy, citing a 2000 yen fee for even a one hour extension.

Smallest room we stayed at during our trip. It was smaller than a cruise cabin. Since the room was so small, we could never get the AC just right. Bathroom was very clean with a deep tub. Laundry took 3+ hours and was still wet. Staff was kind but I feel less experienced as the last Tokyu Stay we stayed at. Dotonbori was at least a 20 minute walk. There is train line 2 minutes away which was convenient.

暮らすように泊まれる

万博に行くために3泊しました。洗濯乾燥機も冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫がものすごく便利でした。 電子レンジもあって、コンビニも近くにあるので、ご飯には絶対困りません。 駅も近いですが、夜遅くなると最寄りの出口は閉まってしまうので、ちょっと遠回りする必要がありました。 フロントが最上階なのも若干不便に思いました。

This hotel was in a great location. It was easy for us to walk around and enjoy attractions. Also, we were able to access trains easily as well. The blow dryer in the room is excellent.
