The hotel is very new and extremely clean. While typical of Japanese room sizes (smallish), they were impeccably clean, well appointed with daily towel replacement and free breakfast. From a tourist perspective, it's a little out of the way from downtown Osaka and only one of the express train lines reaches the nearby station (which is thankfully close and near lots of amenities). The local train line takes forever to get here. Additionally it's by a highway so could be loud if on lower floors. Price was perfect and got amazing rest here.

入った途端ドブの匂い、でもすぐ慣れました。 もしかしたら加湿器すごくいいんだけど、床が腐ったりしてないかな？ だけどそれを覆るくらい他がこの価格と思えず大満足でした。スタッフも良いし、部屋も良い。暴走族は覚悟してましたが寒いからか通らず😵試験のための宿泊だったので助かりました。無料朝食もつい最近泊まった東横インよりだいぶ良かったです☺️
