Room , hotel itself were very clean. Pool needed maintenance twice in 4 days. Location was excellent, close to many things. Breakfast was excellent with many choices altho would have been nice to offer almond milk. Only thing we would suggest would be to add more hooks for clothing in the bathroom and main room. The closet had wasted space becuz the clothing rod was in the middle of the closet and you couldn't use any space above because it needed another rod or shelves altho there was alot of empty space.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great! Beautiful location. Pool was nice and warm.The 2 ladies we saw at the the front desk when we checked in were quite snotty and rude. Never greeted us, ignored us for quite awhile while they chatted with each other. Acted like they were being bothered when asked if we could check in. As much as we liked the hotel and our stay ...the horrendous customer service by the front desk would keep us from coming back. Esp.the morning lady at the front desk....we passed her numerous times coming in and out of the front door, she never would even look up or greet anyone. The breakfast staff and cleaning people did a great job though!
