Nice hotel right on the lake. I bet in the Summer it is booming!!
Room was clean and had alot of nice newer features and lighting. The rooms were a bit noisy with neighbors/hallway.
Evening/night staff stunk. We called the front desk multiple times in a row from the room and again from our cell phones and she finally answered on the 12th try. This particular worker was never at the counter when we went through, and was usually on her phone, speakerphone, having a private conversation in the Lobby chairs.
Also, our neighbors were so loud, and slamming against our shared room (it was 4-5 drunk men), that we called the front desk to complain. It was almost midnight. She came up, stood outside their room for about 2 minutes, knocked on their door and had to knock again since they couldnt hear her. She then asked them to quiet down because room # (she literally said our room) had done a noise complaint and then apologized to them!!!!!! For safety reasons for us, she never should have announced which room complained.
The pool was over flowing, and completely murky. Something was happening to the filter and water was rushing up out of it. We didnt know there was a problem, as there wasnt a sign to say that the pool was closed. Eventually a Maintenence came out of the service room to say it was overflowing, but didnt say "its closed, we are working on it, come back later etc".
All in all a beautiful property and nice stay.
