Clean, comfortable, spacious room

Room was very large with a comfortable couch, king bed, three chairs, table, desk, fridge and microwave. Great location right off the 401, so convenient while travelling. Room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was good, although they ran out of coffee.

This hotel met expectations, the hallway’s had a musty old cigarette smell but not overpowering. The only negative. Checkin was a breeze, room was clean and in good repair with a great sized fridge that was cold microwave and coffee maker. We slept past breakfast though which is only offered until 9. This hotel is mostly frequented by workers so that is likely why. As a vacationer it was less than ideal

AVOID THIS HOTEL. Parking lot is dark with people hanging around. The hotel was old and rundown and not like the photos. Elevator and room were musty and smelled of mildew and urine. It seemed more like a weekly or monthly motel. I did not stay and was refused refund.

After a complete nightmare at another establishment after a very long day of travel and at an event, it was extremely refreshing to find your hotel to be very clean and able to accommodate us. Your associate Prabal was very considerate, personable and helpful...not to mention we had a great conversation about F1! I cannot thank your hotel and him enough for everything and allowing us to finally relax in comfort. Our room was spic and span and the air worked (that is a shot at the place I had my money refunded). Other than the people next to us that were up screaming and yelling at 3am (your late night front desk associate managed to handle that issue as well quickly) I would recommend this hotel many times over.

The hotel is old and could use a face lift. Having a hard surface in the rooms is a great touch as it eliminates dirt accumulation and odours in carpet. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and also a nice touch. Would book again!

The rooms need better sound propfing. The room doors are loud and you can here them open amd close qhwn people go in and out of there rooms. Please invest in putting a pool amd or hot tub.... even if it was an outdoor pool and seasonal
