Our stay in Oshawa was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotlessly clean, huge, and beautifully designed even better than the pictures. It was just a 2-minute drive from our destination, which made it incredibly convenient. The host was amazing friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We truly loved everything about this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house… but the floors and walls were extremely dirty. The walls were scratched and brown which was blamed on us. The floors were disgusting, due to this being we had to wear our shoes walking around the house because there was no cleaning products for the mop. Second thing, the host lied about having cameras which I think is extremely weird and creepy hense why it’s illegal. I was glad I was still able to enjoy my stay with my friends, but I do not recommend.

We were a group of 8 travelling from across Ontario for a wedding. Despite some challenges left by the previous guests, Elakkeesh went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an earlier checkin so we could get ready for the wedding. The home is quite large with more than enough space for our group and situated in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. The only thing we missed was a Keurig machine - our fault for not checking. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Terrible host, terrible experience, would NOT recommend.

I booked the stay with my girl friend and invited some friends. To begin, from when we got to the property, neighbours were already giving us bad looks and we’re not friendly at all. The front door has no covering so everyone can look inside and you have no privacy. The host monitored every action thru the camera in the front, honestly made us feel uncomfortable. The house smelt terrible, there was expired food in the fridge. The bed sheets were dirty I almost wanted to sleep in my car. The host and neighbour were complaining about a noise when there was no noise outside. The police was called to the property for no reason. The host ended up cancelling our 2 day trip a day early and does not want to give us a refund. Would not recommend this place no anyone. I should have stayed at a hotel. I told him we had no where to stay he answered “that is not my concern”.

Okay property

I rented the home for one night to host a games night with some friends. Upon arrival the house was not clean. Floors were sticky, streamers/balloons were left from a previous party and we ended up finding two milk bottles (like baby bottles) in the microwave. I had to clean before guests arrived. Then only 4 of my guests stayed the night due to the beds that broke (2/4) immediately. Not suitable for 2 people. I communicated this with the host and was met with no reply. I was also sent the check in details over an hour later than expected and ended up contacting Vrbo for assistance. Once check in was received it was very easy to enter the home. Wifi worked no problem. The home itself is large, great for hosting and has a lot of potential. Pictures were a good representation of the home however the cleanliness really threw me off

Save your money

Don't book with this host, He has tried to charge me for damages that were already there!!! When i arrived, One of the bedframes were broken so a bed is on the floor, Furniture is chipped, walls are scratched up. There were ping pong balls on the floor, food still in the fridge and garbage bin was half full. A lot of people get charged by him for damages they did not cause.

The Best Night Ever

I had booked this place to host my sister’s proposal party and it was the best choice I made! The host made sure to be involved and that we were as comfortable as we can be. The house layout is so amazing and beautiful and so so so clean. Exactly like the pictures if not better! Overall my sister and everyone who came were very impressed with the home.
