Room was huge great for our purpose of hockey tournament.Close to highway,lots of restaurants not too far.Beds clean and comfy.Did not like check in took over 45 mins 8 people ahead of us,by time we got to front told room not ready?After 4.The next morning also because we booked second night,front desk called into room at 8am!Then again at 9am to remind us to come down.They already had all my credit card info etc.They wouldnt let my husband sign.Price I was quoted day before went up by 25 dollars .Carpets in room many stains.Couches also dirty in areas.

I paid for my reservation completely they told me after I paid for my room and got my room swipe cards I had to give them a $250.00 damage property charge additional refund in morning first time ever I had to deal with this crap check out was unbelievable wasted 1/2 hour because your debit machine was over its limit to refund my money 5 times machine failed in pleasant

Multiple stays - staff is very friendly from Front Desk to the gardener shovelling the snow on his day off. Clean, neat modern spacious rooms. Good Breakfast with considerable variety. 24/7 coffee and tea available. Lots of spacious Parking.

I went to the front desk at 11pm to have my key redone that wasn't working. The girl never asked for ID and had never seen me before. I felt a little uneasy that she would just give a key to my room to someone that easy.
