Nice stay in Oslo close to central station

The hotel was very conveniently located next to the Oslo Central Station and made accessing the city very easy. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the shower/tub was extremely difficult to get into and out of. I almost slipped every time i got in and again when I got out. Other than this our stay was very nice - got a great view of the city and enjoyed the central location.

Comfortable stay

Just a one night stay while visiting family. Nice and comfortable. Gym was quite impressive on the top floor. The lobby was a bit frantic and felt a it corporate for my liking, but the rooms was comfy and clean. Breakfast finished abruptly a 10am, which I think is a bit early.

After a rather aggressive check in given a 5 th floor room with no view I was allotted a 19 th floor room and found the bath had not been clean which after reported was immediately attended to. The toilet however I was told that nothing could be done, as the stains were permanent. For this inconvenience I was offered breakfast, which was overcrowded and not the best. Tried to have a swim and the swimming pool was not easily accessible, flights of stairs and chained corridors. Really not recommended .

Perfect location for arriving on train from Oslo Airport and leaving next morning from bus station. Can walk to sites nearby. Room was very spacious. Beds excellent. Highly recommend

Even though the concert hall across the way is under construction and tarnished our view of the city, the hotel still maintained every thing we needed. Clean room with a tub, functioning air conditioning, helpful and friendly staff, and ample delicious breakfast. The pool and spa rooms were an expected delight. The short walk from the central train station was welcomed with our luggage. Lots of restaurants nearby. All expected with the price charged.

Breakfast buffet is great. Dinner at Top restaurant, I waited one hr and half for my food and the ventilation system went down… hot evening. I had a wonderful dinner there two weeks earlier.

The hotel is just OK. The rooms are a bit outdated. The safe in our room didnt work and the door to our bathroom wouldn't close properly. The are around the hotel also isnt the nicest, although its conveniently next to the station. The breakfast is way overpriced. And the gym doesnt have all the machines that are shown in the pictures.

Unusually warm days in Oslo, the hotel kindly provided a fan, which helped a bit. The minibar policy is ludicrous, if you move anything you're billed. Annoying light bleed from curtains. Hotel staff very friendly. Central station a short walk away and the location is strategic. The room was clean and comfortable.
