Very dilapidated, siding coming off, pool surface area coming off, you can pick the surfaces off. Very noisy because of the flooring. Extremely small bathroom, felt like we were peeing next to the bed. Both of us banged our legs on the corner of the bed and spoke to other people that said the same thing. Have big gouging from that on our legs. Tub stopper doesn’t hold water and the refrigerator opens the wrong way so my husband and I both have bruises from running into the table that is too close to the fridge

We stayed here with 2 adults and 4 kids in a corner suite. It has 3 double beds and a separate room for one of the beds for the adults. It a s cute mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and bar too seating for 2. Two TVs and a bathroom with a sink outside of where the toilet and shower are (great for a large group). The kids loved the pool! The staff was great, perky and helpful. We felt it was excellent value for money. The rooms have all been renovated too- new furniture and vinyl plank flooring which felt much cleaner and fresher. This hotel is not on the lake, but a close walk or drive. We will definitely plan to stay here again if we are back in Osoyoos!

Loved everything about the hotel, service and amenities. The hotel is easy walking distance to groceries restaurants and such.Our only complaint was we were in the room directly below the breakfast area. You could not sleep past 6 am. The moving of tables , setting up the breakfast and at 6:30 when it opened it was constant noise. If we were staying longer I would have asked for a room change but it was just 2 nights. We would stay again I’d just request to be in a different room.

Park Inn Rocks!

A pleasant, comfortable stay in a clean hotel. Didn't get the chance to use the pool, but maybe next time. Check-in was easy snd staff kept the rooms clean. Continental breakfast was the usual, but it was filling. We'll stay there again.
