The Space:
The apartment features a large living room with a comfortable TV corner and sofa, a dining table for cosy meals, and an additional sofa bed, making it suitable for up to 6 people. From the living area you have direct access to a charming little terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for unwinding after a day by the sea. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities such as a Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, fridge and grill.

Maison Wellington has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Upon arrival, the beds are made so you can start your stay in complete comfort.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, and towels are provided during your stay.

Maison Wellington offers a prime location in the vibrant centre of Ostend – everything within easy reach and perfect for a relaxing and convenient holiday.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
