The Space:
The main living area and open kitchen are located on the first floor. Thanks to the many wooden touches and retro elements, the whole space breathes a warm vintage style. The living room features a large dining table for shared meals, a comfortable seating area with TV, and a small play corner for children. Large windows offer a view over the trees, making you feel surrounded by nature while still staying in the heart of Ostend. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a spacious balcony through large sliding doors.

On the ground floor, there is an additional recreation room where you can watch TV, play table football or darts. From here, you also have direct access to the enclosed garden – a green and peaceful spot to fully unwind. A separate toilet is available in the hallway.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the second floor. There are 4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. One of the double rooms includes a large ensuite bathroom with bathtub and double sink – ideal as a family room. There is also an additional shower room.

Upon arrival, you can conveniently park your car in the nearby private garage box adjoining the garden – very handy!

The house is ideally located for those who love sports and outdoor activities: just next to the sports park De Schorre, which offers a mountain bike trail, BMX park, velodrome, running track, athletics track, and football fields. Right next door, you’ll also find the charming children’s farm De Lange Schuur – great fun for young and old alike!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
