In the suggestive heart of the Itria Valley, nestled among dry stone walls and centuries-old olive groves of the Apulian countryside, stands Trulli Fiori di Mandorlo, an elegant stone house capable of blending the charm of traditional architecture with the comfort of contemporary life. A few minutes from Ostuni and a short distance from Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca, the property represents an ideal base for discovering the most authentic Puglia. The main residence has two double bedrooms, as well as a bright panoramic open space with a central fireplace and an equipped kitchen. An independent annex, located in a charming sovereign trullo, offers an intimate and romantic atmosphere with an alcove bed, kitchen and private bathroom. Outside, the gazebo equipped with barbecue and oven, together with the Mediterranean garden, frames the panoramic infinity pool, surrounded by greenery and with an open view of the plateau.

Interiors:

The property consists of a main building (LAMIA) of 80 square meters and an annex (TRULLO) of 19 square meters, distributed on the same level and connected to each other by a stone driveway. LAMIA — Entrance; living room with open space kitchen with panoramic windows; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower; laundry area. TRULLO - Entrance with small open space living room, kitchenette; a double bedroom in an alcove; a bathroom with shower.


Park:

The park of about 7,000 square meters that surrounds the lamia and the trullo is characterized by a vast olive grove and typical species of the Mediterranean scrub, including rosemary, lavender, lantana, prickly pears, agaves and cacti, fruit trees and almond trees. In this setting, the gazebo with dining table (with adjoining wood oven and barbecue) and the swimming pool are immersed. Close to the pool there is a vegetable garden that offers fresh seasonal products. The private parking for four cars is located in front of the Lamia entrance. A stone driveway connects the parking lot both to the entrance to the main lamia and to the entrance of the trullo, surrounded by a frame of flowers and plants.N.B.: Please note that the photographic services are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.


Pool:

The rectangular-shaped pool can be reached from the buildings by crossing a stone path. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 3 m with a depth of 1.50 m; covered in tiled mosaic and equipped with a Roman staircase and side staircase for access; chlorine purification plant; indoor and outdoor lighting. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
