staffing and facilities were very good. However the furnishings and fabric were quite shabby. Basin in our bathroom was badly cracked and the fan didn't work. Dinner was good with efficient service and the staff were friendly at breakfast but we had to ask for replacement coffee mugs as both had big chips on the rims and I noticed two flies crawling over the pastries.
