All was very good. Staff was polite, friendly & accommodating. We were assigned the wrong room in the beginning but all was fixed & we were given the room we paid for. As an improvement idea, would be nice to have complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby area.

Rooms are a generous size, beds are comfy. There were no additional blankets and the comforter is too light so it was a chilly sleep. The curtain rod was also detached and hanging so it was difficult to open the curtain
