Poor communication from front desk. Asked me to wait outside for a shuttle which was supposed to arrive I. 1 min, but did not arrive as at more than 20mins after scheduled arrival without any communication from them. Really poor experience.

Great service from Marta and dinning room staff. However, no bath in room, cheap blow dryer, other room being so close(noisy), was inconvenient. Also, no extra covers for sofa area and no plugs to charge phone near bed was also quite inconvenient.
