The room was fine, and overall the hotel is very good, but there was no heat in the room. When I asked at the reception, they said, "Yeah, we know, we tried to turn it on, but we couldn't. And actually, it doesn't turn on until December." I pointed out that it was snowing outside and -3C, but they just smiled back. The window in our room was humongous, and you could feel the cold coming from it. It was chilly during the night, especially for our 8y.o. I am not sure why they apply this rule to heating.

Front desk staff put us in a handicap room for no reason and without telling us. Room was huge and half empty, One chair. Impossible for two people to sit comfortably and relax. Not one piece of artwork on the walls. Class as “very spartan “. Not good value for $. Clean.

I chose an airport hotel for proximity and ease to catch my flight. The evening before my flight I spoke directly to two people at the front desk to ensure that a shuttle would be available at 4:30 am. I received assurances that it would be, and all I had to do was call downstairs 15 minutes before I wanted to leave and the shuttle would take me. When I called the front desk at 4:15 the next morning, the policy had changed. I was told I had to be downstairs in the lobby before he would call the shuttle. The person was rude and argumentative, not what I expect from a Marriott property, especially at 4 am. Very disappointed, I went downstairs to wait while he dutifully called and waited... As a footnote, the shuttle is dirty and misleading with only the Hilton advertised on the door.
