Modern kitchen with spacious living room and master bedroom overlooking the forest. Access to shared front and back yards with water fountain. Washer and dryer in own unit, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and own driveway that fits 2-3 cars.

Close to cafes, grocery stores, bus stops, pharmacies and restaurants. In walking distance of downtown (5-10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike); easy access to highways 5 North and 50.

The unit can host maximum 4 people -ideal for a small family, couples or a professionals.
