Staff was very rude!! We late checked in and got to know that our reservation is not confirmed beside of having confirmation emails from third party reservation company expedia!! The staff denied check 1:30 am in the morning and had no option other then waiting call expedia to contact hotel!! Lastly got a room but not we actually booked for two twin beds!! The staff didn’t helped to resolve issue in the middle of the night!!

It was great! The room is super clean! The water of the pool is warmed. Good breakfast! The employees ate kind. The only thing, the hotel seems popular for teens! We saw a football team. A lot of teenagers playing around. A lot of noise. Other than that really satisfy. Thank you!

Bare minimum

Service was really bad. Barely polite. A smile and the smallest concern for your clientele will go a long way. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything in the corridor, etc. We put on the tv and ended up with a noise complain! The facility was clean but it is the bare minimum for a Hilton establishment.

This is a great hotel, staff and location are excellent. My only complaint is I could hear the people above me and when they used water/flushed the toilet it was as if it was in my unit.
