Had a lovely time at the Hard Rock Hotel. The casino and all the cafe/bars around it are great and the experience is really good. I have been to Vegas and it's for the first time I felt something similar in Canada. The staff were courteous and helpful as well. The rooms were also very spacious and well maintained. They have vallet parking as well which was really very helpful for us in this cold as the available parking spots were far off from the hotel. Thank you!!

Everything is new ! Everywhere is clean. Valet parking worth $20 unless you’re a member. Then it’s free ! Very much enjoyed the smoke-free environment.

The place is spotless, but it’s very loud and chaotic as soon as you walk in. I am used to casino in Orillia where you walk into a concourse and then you walk into the gaming section or you go to the concert area. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I think I got four hours of sleep. We did have a mysterious man knock on our door, telling us he was coming to check our electrical and was our TV working. Well, the TV was going and the lights were all on. He wasn’t wearing a uniform from the hotel and didn’t have any ID. It was just holding a multimeter in his hand. I told him we were fine and shut the door. I asked security and the people at the front desk and they said they had not sent anybody up. Thankfully, we did not let him in our room. This was 4:30 in the afternoon. The security team seemed to take it seriously but nobody contacted us to see if anybody had come back or if we were OK. The restaurants are a few and far between. The hotel is very remote so it’s not like you could go out and grab food anywhere. We did get a pizza from the casino and it was amazing and fairly reasonably priced.
