We had a lovely 2 night stay. The steak house was amazing and had a good selection. The staff had great etiquette and added to the experience. The casino was lively, nicely decorated, overall nice ambiance. As far as our room, the bathroom needed a deeper clean but other than that it was modern, clean, and carried the Hard Rock theme. We already have recommended the casino and hotel to our friends. We will absolutely come back !

So I'm not usually one to judge a service on one visit, but based on the amount of money I spent for one night, I felt I should clarify my poor rating. The hotel, as explained by the customer service staff during our check in, just opened this past July. The lobby and room was clean. The staff were informative when we arrived with our questions. Check in was a breeze. However, since we arrived late and tired from our road trip, we decided to order room service. It's done through the app QR code on the TV. Delivery was quick. But it was delivered in a take out box instead of plates. We ate our meal out of take out boxes with plastic forks and knives. No condiments provided. Not cool. Secondly, the pillows have plastic zippers on the covers. Found out when I scratched my back while turning over. Now I'm being picky here, but the TV channel selection didn't show the Blue Jay game 3 in the ALDS. Minor point but notable.

Bed was comfortable, dining options a bit of a let down, bar and grill needed reservation, then the hard rock itself (food was average), then a food court - but have to order from kiosk then waited 30 min for a pizza. Nothing for a young couple wanting a nice meal in a quiet spot. Older crowd. Would be nice to see something to cater to the 20-40s crowd - club/bar, a place with apps/happy hour style, better music, maybe a kids area with some claw machines since they cant play the casino...there are some missed opportunities. Overall a nice place but needs to work out some of the kinks.

We were in second floor room that faces the casino. Because the rooms are adjacent to the casino roof the window isn’t floor to ceiling like they depict when you book it. Not only is the window much smaller than depicted it’s also frosted and non transparent up to 6+ feet high… it feels like sleeping in a basement. This isn’t really acceptable at the same price as the other rooms that have floor to ceiling windows that are actually windows. There should not be hotel rooms in this area, it should be gym or spa. If they want to put rooms here they should be discounted rooms. The funny thing is, it wasn’t even that busy, why would they put first time customer here at their new property. Speaks to bad service.
