Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a fire alarm that sounded due to a technical error by the maintenance staff of the hotel at 1:30 AM. Having to evacuate a toddler at 1:30 in the morning was not pleasant. Afterwards the staff had difficulty stopping the alarm, so we had alarms flashing and sounding for over half an hour in our rooms so we could not sleep. The lack of sleep affected our actvities for the day, and made the drive home afterwards dangerous due to lack of sleep. Unfortunately they refused to refund the stay. In my opinion when booking a hotel you are paying for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep, and in this case the service was not rendered. So I am unsatisfied with my stay and would not return.

Clean room and bathroom. 1 bdrm suite layout was a bit inconvenient with the bathroom inside the bedroom but we made it work. Breakfast was nice and staff were very kind and attentive, specially Safi.
