The towels were dirty, the toilet seat still had a poop stain on it, there was hair all over the bathroom, it is located in front of a strip club, the room are at least 25 years older than the facade they so proudly display in the pictures, the room are not insulated at all

We went here as a group of 7 and had a nice stay at Motel Adam. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent as well. Downtown Ottawa also isn't too far by car (about a 20 minute drive).
