Conveniently Located Hotel

This was a very nice hotel, conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. Really comfy lobby & good breakfast at their restaurant. The room was spacious & bed was comfortable. My only problem came with the A/C. It worked well - maybe too well. My mouth & throat really dried out and I woke up during the night completely dried out. Now this may be specific to me as I take a med that dries me out some. However, I never woke up elsewhere feeling this bad. The next night, with the A/C much lower, it was better.

The hotel had a leak which was not their fault but as a result the lifts were out of action with one remaining out of action for the entire stay. The hotel were using dehumidifiers the whole trip which were noisy and given the rooms look out over the lobby, you could not escape the noise. No discount or apology was offered and we found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. We loved Ottawa and found those outside the hotel much more helpful!

What a great find! Awesome boutique hotel in a super area. Walkable to tons of restaurants and attractions. You have to stay here! I know my wife and I will for sure :)

It was what I needed, quiet, comfortable, walking distance to everything downtown. It’s even walkable 40 mins to TD Place for some sports. Well, for me anyway. Transit is available to everywhere.

Everything about this stay was on point. Staff were amazing, friendly and proficient. Room had been very well remodelled, and finished with quality accents and detail. The only drawback is the parking by valet only - but this can be overcome easily by parking at the city hall underground lot a few blocks away. Very charming.
