This property is casual chic. Informal. Expensive for what is on offer though. Air conditioning did not work the first night of my 3 night stay. It was remedied after phone calls the next day. The bathroom amenities were good and the King bed linens and pillows were pleasant. Fairly quiet although my room faced the street. Restaurant Cocotte device was slow but food was fine.

The hotel is beautiful and overall very clean. I did however notice a glass in my room that had a dirty ring that was stained onto the glass and only other issue was the terrible wifi and connectivity within the building and in my room. I could not even have a simple page load with wifi or using my phones hotspot.

Location was fantastic. Short walk to Parliament and other important sights. The staff was easy to deal with. The fan in the bathroom was broken and had been for some time as evidence from the peeling paint on the ceiling. The room was really small with no place to unpack clothing/personal effects.
