Check in was quick and smooth when we arrived. Front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. We asked for additional pillows and they were in the room waiting for us when we returned that evening. We would definitely return whenever we come back to the Ottawa area, as well as recommend this Travelodge to others. Thank you for such a great stay!

The front entrance is not clearly marked with hotel sign almost impossible to find. Have to drive behind a gas station? Hotel and rooms clean. Very noisy outside, trucks at 5 in the morning with booming noise. Staff have no direct to Hotel restaurant or services. Price was high for this property AC in odd location difficult to work.

Check in was very easy. Rooms are very dated. AC did not work at all, was colder in the hallway than in out toom. 10 minutes after checking in someone opened and slammed our room door shut.

they charged $200 "security" deposit even though they had my credit info, king size bed was 8" from the wall - hard to get in and out of bed, standard residential toilet - not elongated, refused to give a printed receipt and gave it only after mu insistence...
