Many long term residents here that use the common areas like an extension of their unit, there's crying babies, cooking smells through out the halls. Not everybody is ok with this when staying at a hotel.

The front desk person was efficient, appropriate, and friendly. I was upgraded to a newly renovated room and I was pleasantly surprised by this. My room was clean, and tastefully decorated. Bathroom is a little small (toilet was very short and fitted very close to the sink). Otherwise my stay was very good. Thank you.

Convenient location in east end of Ottawa, proximal to Richcraft Sensplex and many places to eat or ship. My son enjoyed using the pool between his hockey games.

Good value, comfortable

I needed somewhere quiet, comfortable, with reasonable space and tv channels as I would be in the room most of my 4 day stay looking after sick family. Travelodge gave it to me. Why not a 5? Only vending machine food available, although there are several fast food options within walking distance. Toilet wasn’t secure (it rocked a little), and a couple of the electric sockets didn’t work. There was a good selection of tv channels, but no tv guide, so I was forever channel hopping.

Quite clean and presentable, the only issue I found was the state of the bathtubs (broken drain plug, old silicone). No other problems. Desk staff were quite friendly and helpful.
