Welcome to your private mountain retreat in the heart of Ouray, a five-bedroom luxury getaway spanning 2.5 floors of Munn Park Lodge, perfect for family vacations, small group gatherings and wellness escapes.

As you enter the home you are greeted by the great room, featuring a formal dining area that seats 14, an electric fireplace, dual Smart TVs (65-inch and 55-inch), a pool table, a grand piano, and a large bar stocked with a wine fridge, ice maker and full-size refrigerator. Just off of the great room, a poker room/library is ready for game nights and further down the hall a wine room welcome guests to relax with their favorite beverage and views of Mt. Hayden.

When the group retreats, there are two separate living rooms with electric fireplaces and Smart TVs, two fully equipped kitchens with additional dining areas and a wellness room with padded flooring, a home gym, stationary bike, and two-person sauna.

Upstairs, the primary and second king ensuite bedrooms share the third floor, each with a private bathroom and a coffee bar in the hallway. On the main level, there is a third king bedroom with two full bathrooms. On the lower level, there is a fourth king bedroom and a fifth bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom across the hallway.

Outside, two front seating areas with a propane fire pit look straight out at Amphitheater Mountain, while the private lower courtyard offers a propane grill and an outdoor dining area — the perfect spots for a mountain evening under the stars!

Please note that a lock-off door on the first floor connects the Upper Lodge to the Lower Lodge suite, allowing the two spaces to be combined for larger groups when reserved together. Otherwise, you'll enjoy your own private accommodations throughout your stay.

• This home can also be booked together with the Lower Lodge Suite for additional space and sleeping capacity.
• Please note the Lower Lodge Suite is a separately bookable unit and may be occupied by another party during your stay.
