• Please note that, as with most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking Policy: Guests are welcome to park up to one regular-size vehicle directly in front of the vacation home. One additional regular size vehicle may be parking along the nearby street. No RV's or trailers allowed.

Kitchen was fully equipped, however the inductive stovetop was inadequate (could not get water to a boil). Manager was super friendly and very quick to respond. Pros: The unit was very clean and close to everything. We never had to drive anywhere. Cons: weak stovetop. Other things to mention, you have to climb up various sets of stairs which are not for the weak of heart. The top area is an excellent idea, but pretty useless because of surrounding area. We wanted to do some stargazing and bright lights on building across the street made it impossible. All things considered, I would definitely go here again

The best part about this place is that it has almost 360 views of the town and all of the mountains around through the mini windows. It is a loft on top of a building right on the downtown Main Street. Lots of light, clean & large bathroom and updated kitchen, and a nice king size bed. The living space was a little odd, but OK. It was also much quieter than we imagined. One correct large kitchen. Silent. But we were here in November, and I can imagine that during the summer when the many loud motorcycles are driving through town, that it can be quite loud. You will have to climb a couple flights of stairs to get to the third floor. The parking is in the alley behind the building, which is easy and plentiful. 5 minute easy walk to the hot springs.

Amazing place smack in the middle of Ouray. Wonderful place to stay for a few days. Plus, you get some exercise coming up and down all the stairs! Wonderful room with large comfy bed, 2 comfy chairs, great bathroom and useful kitchen for snacking. Gorgeous patio with comfy chairs to look at the mountains. Room is right on top of a cheese/smoked meat shop so smells were wonderful as we sat out on the patio. This place is right on main street and walkable to everywhere in this wonderful town. Not a good option for large family but for 2 adults, could not have been better.

First impression was WOW! Bigger than expected, great location, roof was awesome, kitchen had both k-cup and regular coffee maker and electric fry pan. Microwave was combo air fryer. Would definitely come back!!!!

My husband & I stayed here the end of August for a week. Everything is just as described. Our 1st night was very hot (which I understand is unusual for CO) and it was hard to sleep - the fans were not cooling at all. There are 3 flights of steps, which are fine, but are hard with suitcases and cases of water. Not a complaint, just a reminder to everyone that you must traverse numerous steps. We enjoyed mornings on the deck. At night, we attempted to sit on the deck, but unfortunately, there is a rooftop bar right there and the guests are now watching you. Which I guess is okay for some, but we didn't like that. This is not a deal breaker, just an annoyance and nothing the homeowner can fix. The studio is spacious and well kept. One thing that may make it better could possibly be adding decks of cards, games, something to do when it rains. We had some days/nights of rain which we spent reading and/or watching tv. We enjoyed watching the hikers on the Perimeter Trail. Our 1st morning we watched a bear running up the mountain. We would definitely rent this studio again. Everything was smooth and easy.

This loft condo was absolutely perfect for me and my husband! It was in the best location, and was so cute and quaint with all of the necessary amenities! Loved our stay and will be back for sure!

The stay was very comfortable, clean,enjoyed the outside deck. The stairs could be pretty rough for older ones. A/C would of been better but 3 fans going it helped. Would recommend in the future.

Amazing Location

This has been one of the best VRBO stays we have had! The place was amazing! Surrounded by mountains 360 degrees and right on Main St. Walking distance to everything! Very well kept place. Amazing space! It was really amazing that the host provided towels for the hot springs! The terrace was great! They also provided blankets for sitting outside on the terrace on a chilly evening. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Ouray.

Wonderful Place

A perfect place for a 4th of July long weekend getaway. The third floor deck was ideal to watch the parade and fireworks. The views are amazing and we were on the deck every morning and every night. The place was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer and we definitely will go back.

Great downtown location with beautiful views.

This unit is great for two people. The unit is very clean and up to date. The location in town is perfect. Easy access to all the town has to offer. The outdoor deck has beautiful views. The unit has plenty of windows to keep cool in the summer and not much noise after 9 pm. People who have a tough time climbing stairs may not enjoy this unit but that is the only negative. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Views, Great Service

Comfortable bed and recliner. Very clean. Lots of windows and beautiful views. Spacious inside and outside (deck). 3-4 flights of stairs, could be hard for some folks to handle. I sent email first night asking if possible to get a fan or portable A/C unit, the area was having an early warm spell. The ceiling fan is excellent, but didn't circulate air through out the large room. They replied quickly that night, brought over a great fan the next day. I really appreciated it. I would gladly stay here again.
