Percebe-se que o hotel ainda não está totalmente concluído. O problema de pessoal ainda é crítico pois demoram atender. Os produtos do cardápio como bebidas ainda em falta ou quantidade insuficiente. O bar da piscina muito desorganizado e com falta de pessoal mínimo para atendimento dos hóspedes. Serviço de quarto ainda bem amador. No quarto família falta estrutura de internet e canais de tv.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, porém o serviço precisa ser melhorado, poucos funcionários para o atendimento o que o torna extremamente demorado, piscina coberta é cobrada a parte o que não deveria ocorrer, as piscinas fecham as 18 e o checkin é a partir das 15:00 horas mas até sermos atendidos não conseguimos isufruir das piscinas no dia da chegada, o restaurante não atende o numero de hospedes, pois, é pequeno e a disposção das ilhas impede você se servir em certas ilhas, serviço demorado. O lugar é muito bonito, decoração impecavel, lençois bons, otimo tamanho dos quartos.

4 dias, familiar. Recreação não distingue idade, tem estrutura tacanha, é preciso repensar o entretenimento infantil. A fila para proteína do almoço e jantar é inaceitável. Da mesma forma como é inaceitável para tapioca / panqueca e etc. E preciso repensar o funcionamento. Acabar refrigerante soa desmazelo também. Por fim, tempo de entrega dos pedidos, quando era entregue, pois algumas vezes os pedidos foram esquecidos / negligenciados, também inaceitável. Há uma estrutura boa, ótima localização, haverá muito trabalho para equiparar o hotel com instituições de valor similar em cidades históricas de Minas Gerais. Hoje seria honestamente a 4a ou 5a opção em termos de custo/beneficio.

Hotel muito bom! Com um bom café da manhã, quartos grandes e uma equipe, que apesar de reduzida, demonstrou amabilidade e cordialidade. Única coisa que não gostamos foi do jantar no buffet. Pois, opções reduzidas, carne muito demora e com fila grande e muito caro (160,00 por pessoa). Não é um bom custo-beneficio
