This charming 89m² three-bedroom apartment offers the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking comfort and relaxation. Located on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs, it provides a welcoming and well-appointed space.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table where guests can share meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, a stove, oven, and microwave for preparing delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment also has a dishwasher, making post-meal cleanup effortless.

The first and second bedrooms both feature a comfortable double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens. One of these double bedrooms also boasts a sunroom with a cosy seating area, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying morning coffee. The third bedroom has a single bed, ensuring ample sleeping space for everyone.

The bathroom is well-appointed with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Just steps away, you’ll find the stunning Praia da Barrinha, a beach renowned for its golden sands and surfing opportunities. Stroll along the scenic Passadiços da Barrinha de Esmoriz, wooden walkways that cross the lagoon, offering peaceful walks and birdwatching.

Nature lovers can also enjoy the Parque Ambiental do Buçaquinho, a tranquil park with walking trails, picnic spots, and a chance to discover local flora and fauna. Esmoriz is home to cultural landmarks such as the Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora da Assunção, the Capela de Nossa Senhora da Penha de França, and the historic Capela da Praia by the sea.

For dining, explore local restaurants and cafes serving fresh Portuguese cuisine, especially seafood. The area is well-connected by public transport, with nearby bus stops and Esmoriz train station providing easy access to Porto, Aveiro, and beyond.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 41-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
