✔Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and essential cookware, making dining in a breeze. There is no dining table but the kitchen counter can accommodate up to 2 guests with 2 high chairs in it.

Guest access
✪The entire one bedroom apartment is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Only you and your traveling companion(s) will have access to the space (unless you request any maintenance or extra cleans from our service team)
✪This is an open concept place meaning there is no door going to the bedroom.
✪Your unit is located on the west side of the Roe 107 building, on the ground level. You will access the unit directly from the outside.
✪Your ONE designated parking spot is a covered, car port spot that matches your unit number and just in front of the unit.
✪Self Check-in with the smart lock system. You will be messaged your unique code at the time of check-in.
✪You can access the gym using the same we left for you inside the apartment or upon request.
Other things to note
✿Heating and cooling is provided by a large wall PTAC unit.
✿The power-strips have USB charging ports. Please make sure the USB ports have power by pushing the button.
✿Government ID must be sent upon booking.
✿Lost key fob will result to a $70 fine for replacement.

Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property. While we take steps to ensure guest safety by providing tools like salt or sand for de-icing, weather conditions can change rapidly.

We do not allow any personal mail &/or package deliveries of any kind, no exceptions.
~We provide initial supplies to get you started. For the duration of your stay, you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you require.
~Do not disrespect Neighbors.
~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.
Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.

★★FEES, if incurred, must be paid within 1 hour of submission or reservation will be subject to termination with no refund. ★★
★FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit.
★FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 charge.
★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.
★FEES: Party/Noise in the listing $250 fine.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet.
★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.
★FEES: Lost key fob will result to a $70 fine for replacement.

★ Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed. NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS.
★ Pets must be added to the reservation and pet fee is requested after booking.
★ Pet fee must be paid prior to check in.
★ Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at anytime during stay.
★ Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments.
★ Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet. Disposable bags are provided on the back deck and must be discarded in the exterior trash on the side of the house.
★ Pet cannot mark indoors.
★ Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.
★ Pets cannot be left unattended.

★FEES: Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet on top of the pet fee.
★FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $100 floor disinfecting charge.
★FEES: Pet showered in tubs or sinks will result in a $200 charge.
★FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in a $60 charge.
★FEES: Any evidence of flea or tick infestation will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

★ In the event that this account is referred to a collection agency, guests agree to pay any collection fees incurred by (OwlStays Services LLC or OwlStays LLC) in addition but not limited to any attorneys fees or costs of collections.
