Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located accommodation. Our duplex home is well located just 20 minutes from Legends and 15 minutes from downtown Kansas City.
This is a duplex unit and each unit has its shared main entrance and covered garage with private backyard. Private laundry room located in the garage . The home is located in close proximity to downtown Merriam many shops and restaurants, as well as parks and playgrounds.
We are just a few blocks from the intersection of I 35 at Shawnee Mission Parkway, on a fairly tree-lined street, walking distance to Downtown Shawnee and only 3 miles from AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. If you are familiar with the place, you will know that it is a wonderful place.
There are many retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, liquor stores, parks and playgrounds located within a few kilometers. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and has private entrances, covered garage, although it has a shared backyard. The perfect place for small families or a group of friends.

Our family currently resides in Shawnee and this is a great place to discover the city. We have many wonderful memories and we are convinced that you will too.
