I attempted to check-in before 3pm but was turned away. Then after returning after 3pm the room was not ready. The punjabi behind the counter kept clicking his game he was playing while I continued to wait. After wasting my time I crossed the street. Unreal.

Was everything I needed for a 1 night trip to KC. Front desk guy was kind and the room was clean. The room had a slight smell which disappeared after running the AC. Parking area was convenient and brightly lit. Free breakfast is always a great time.

Plenty of of good parking in a safe location. Easy and friendly check-in. Lovely, updated lobby and breakfast area with roomy seating space. Very clean room with good bed and pillows. Super responsive to a maintenance issue (shower faucet would not turn off) fixed immediately after being notified.
