The first room they gave us had a strong stale smell. The bathroom was in need of remodeling. The tub was stained and looked dirty. We asked for another room. The clerk at the front desk was pleasant and gave us another room. The 2nd room was better. The bedding was older but clean. We left before their breakfast room was open. I felt the room was overpriced for the condition of the rooms. We were on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.

No Hot Water

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The only disappointment was no hot water. I like to soak in a tub after a long day of hiking. The "hot" water was barely warm, at best, even after running enough to fill the tub. The room was OK, it was clean, but it's obviously been a number of decades since anything was updated. the carpet in the hallway maybe.

HVAC controls are easy to use and do as expected. Low fan setting is nice and quiet. Breakfast included sausage, french oast, eggs, tortillas, waffles, etc. Everything was kept clean, tidy, and filled. Beds are not top-of-the-line, but are comfortable. Linens have a little age, but are fresh and clean. The room smelled nice and clean; proper clean, not air-freshener clean. So did the hallways. All of the people were frindly and professional.

The staff was friendly. Room and property were neat and clean. There were guest laundry facilities on site. It was very close to the main part of the town with several places to eat nearby. The free breakfast included meat and eggs along with cereal, toast, and several other options.

Side by side Trail riding paradise.

The location is good if you are going to Valley of Fire on the way to Antelope Canyon. Hotel is clean and quiet.
