Great space for the purpose needed. Just a few things to clarify that we did not gather from the listing. 1. There are 8 bedrooms total. 2. This is two separate units (4 bdrms each) with separate entrances.

Great location for a swim meet

We enjoyed our stay here as it was very conveniently located for our 3 day swim meet. Communications with the owner, and his flexibility with our schedule, made a long swim meet weekend so much easier!

This house is a perfect location for access to the stadium for graduation and parents weekend.

We enjoyed being able to easily walk into town and campus and access to running trails behind the stadium.
