Its a standard easyhotel, so we didn't expect too much. The staff are very helpful, even though there was a self check-in/out screen. The room that we got we quite cramped, compared with the easyhotel rooms in some other cities we visited. However, it was clean and the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was quite adequate. It tends to be used by visiting schoolkids, so the corridors can get noisy. The location in summertown is far and takes 30min walk to city centre (at least), but there are great food and grocery shops around the area.

We were locked out of our room for 6 hours without our phones or money. Was checking hourly with reception on updates for someone who was going to come open the door Maintence team? Then someone else? Then a lock smith, was told will be here soon every time we checked in with them. We missed our dinner reservations and got back in to our room at 11pm luckily there was a food truck which is where we finally got some dinner. Felt like the staff were fobbing us off and not really bothered to much about us - being 3 months pregnant and worrying if we will ever get in our room again or eating dinner! We was also told we would get an email? From management in relation to compensation but 3 days have passed and no contact from anyone at the hotel. There was no management on site over the weekend which we found strange nor contact with them about this terrible situation.

The room was spotness. The staa couldnt have been more hrlpful, both day and night staff. Just one problem, a big one, fir guests on theirvown the key wntry doors to the lift and beyond are impossible to manoeuvre alone and getting out of the room once the key is removed doesnt give time with the light out th open the fire door and get out of the room

Only real downside was lack of parking on the day..meaning parking in a local public carpark.Staff excellent and friendly..Rooms are too small and it annoys me having nowhere to put your suitcase and no in room tea making facilities.

Surprisingly impressed with the quality of staff. Hotel convenient, cheap but very clean. We arrived and there was no parking spaces left. However, a member of staff told us to come back at a certain time as he would give his parking space. So that particular worry disappeared as we were there for only a night due to a meeting the next day

The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, the location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, a minute walk to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants. Only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star review is that the room even though it had a small window, it was not possible to open it and let fresh air in so it could get quite warm and dry. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again!

Room was clean and quiet, very basic but that was expected. My only small complaint would be there was only one pillow (a second was happily provided when asked though) and the duvets had small rips on the seams. Comfy bed and warm room though so we were happy.

bed was rock solid only had 1 towel when we arrived so had to go ask for another pillows were flat and super uncomfy our room the heating didn’t work we put it up as high as we could but it was only going us cold air so we was freezing cold all night left with the worst cold and sore throat shower still had hair so hadn’t been cleaned fully

Easy parking but wouldn't say very secure as open gates all night. Air conditioning very much overkill in such a small room wouldn't say that is very eco friendly. Room was very clean but I would say the experience is one I would never want to do again. Very much a hostel rather than a hotel.
