Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom house in Oxford. 3 Bath's include bidet (heated seat/water/dryer) toilet seat, 2 shower/tub combos and 1 standup shower all include removable shower magnet head nozzles. I am a single father with partial custody of my young daughter, please respect our home. All items inventoried prior to stay, please avoid wastefulness in comfort provided amenities such as laundry soap, shampoo, batteries, etc. Turn off unused utilities to prevent wasteful electricity costs. Don’t switch A/C unit fan to always be “on”. Please don’t be the one bad apple that spoils the bushel. I provide items based off what I would want while I’m away from home for every scenario and circumstance I could imagine. I want to be able to accommodate as much as possible. I hope my home provides the comfort only a family’s home can provide while you manage staying away from yours. There are 6 security cameras around the outside of the home which covers all 4/5 sides of the house (audio and video), NONE INSIDE. 2 hot water heaters (one controls ONLY master bath # 1 WHICH GETS EXTREMELY HOT) the other tank controls remainder of home. Washer/Dryer included w/ Laundry Detergent and Dryer Sheets Tide Pods, Persil liquid, and Liquid Cheer available. 1 main fridge (1 Personal private fridge to remain locked), stove, dish washer (cleaning liquid provided), microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, garbage disposal & can opener included. The additional living room offers a couch and/or queen blow-up mattress. House space could accommodate additional blow-up style mattresses possibly 2 more depending on size, keeping in mind 10 adults maximum. Enjoy all that Oxford has to offer being 2.5 miles from Ole Miss's Vault Hemingway Stadium and 2.7 miles to the Courthouse on the Square. Fenced in backyard with propane firepit table & charcoal grill with thermostat on lid, on back porch. A bluetooth meat thermometer assists even the most skilled grill master (please clean grill and leave ashes in metal bucket with lid which is on bottom rack of grill. Don’t burn any foreign objects in grill (sticks/leaves/trash will build up carbon dioxide causing heat build up ruining metal & potentially causing toxic fumes to leach into food. BURN CHARCOAL ONLY. Please don’t lose hooks on grill handle. After use, PLEASE return grill or grilling accessories as close to original condition as possible. Front yard hides the spacious backyard. While on one of Oxford’s busiest streets the house is relatively quiet and peaceful. Backyard includes a 350 Lb rated octagon shaped swing with baby swing combo. House layout implements virtually 2 master bedrooms as one was an additional renovation. Both "master" bedrooms have bathrooms attached with personal private closet's that will remain locked during the stay. There are closets in the other 2 bedroom's and living room for hang up space with hangers available. Closet in living room will include the following: (2) baby/pet gates (1 with extendable sides and swinging open/shut style); (2) Side Bed Rails which connect together under mattress. (1) audio/visual/microphone/vertical & horizontal rotating baby monitor; (4) night lights; multiple electrical outlet plug covers; guest available cooler; (4) fans (1 is antique please be careful and unplug while not present); wrapping paper/gift bags with bows & ribbons; small shop vac (empty dustpan after use); vacuum (empty dustpan after use); queen blow up mattress with sheets; iron and ironing board; and (5) TV trays. (2) additional cordless vacuums are in kitchen and laundry room respectively. One cordless Vac’s rotating brush got damaged, but vacuum still has suction capabilities. Please do not plug up while battery is hot, do not leave plugged in charging mode for extended periods, and empty dustpan after every use to extend life of filter. The Welcome Notebook highlights how to access SPEEDY WIFI which so far has accommodated 5-8 people regularly & efficiently. Smart TV or Firestick available in each bedroom and living room. Laminated Easy to read Instructions for Bidet in Master Bathroom # 1 with seat heater which normally remains on lowest setting to combat the chilled first squat on the throne of thrones (You know nothing, Jon Snow!!) it is a comfort you didn’t realize you were missing! Living room includes an electric heated Amish style "fireplace", PlayStation 4, tons of DVD(s)/Blu-ray DVD(s), , & books. Living room also consists of 2 rocking recliners, 1 Love Seat, and 1 Couch (middle seat on couch headrest folds up for reading light and back rest folds down providing cup holder, tray, & power outlet with USB capabilities). A bedroom closet contains a plastic tote with VHS player and VHS tapes, including many Disney Classics across from hallway bathroom. House access through a wifi keypad entry deadbolt through carport (available to unlock over phone in case of emergency through homeowner) with custom combination code potentially available. DO NOT LOCK BOTTOM DOOR KNOB ON DOOR during your stay unless someone is inside. A spare key is available per request. It will need to be accessed & returned in full view of camera to avoid a re-keying fee. Security style latches are installed on all exterior doors as added security measure. Spare sheets will be available in dressers throughout house. Towels, bath cloths, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, and body wash will be readily accessible. A $25 reimbursement offered for participating in bringing a magnet with the state you come from. If your magnet earns an initial reaction of “WOW/COOL” from my daughter, my girlfriend, and myself OR we use yours to replace a duplicate then you’ll get an additional $25 reimbursement. It will be displayed on the “guest magnet” side of fridge. The left side of fridge displays recent states my daughter and I have traveled to & through! We missed a few states such as WY, CO, SC, & OK. If someone from one of those states brings 2: (1) extra for our past travels for my side and (1) for your side, I’ll reimburse an additional $25. Thanks! P.S. please limit magnets to 2 per booking even with multiple families attending. Also check the pictures for a picture of the poster with a summary under “Miles, Memories, Magnets.” Guests who stay over 7 days will need to follow an additional set of rules added to back of our welcome book. These rules include: pay the portion of power used in electricity bill using in app data through NE Electric. If stay extends past 30 days, guests expected to pay full bill. Each stay past 7 days will have mandatory cleaning sessions weekly to inspect property and light cleaning for $25-$200 a session depending upon amount of cleaning needed. DO NOT touch Trinkets (ESPECIALLY @ WIFI TABLE IN LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN TABLE AREA). These sport trinkets include a MLB farm system broken bat, SEC baseball, etc. - $150 fee/per violation upon discovery. So PRETTY PLEASE, do NOT TOUCH. Please clean up after yourselves (keep in mind I have a toddler whom might potentially come into contact especially with discreet messes). IF SOMETHING IS SPILLED, PLEASE inform host immediately if you don’t plan an attempted cleaning yourself. There is a carpet/fabric shampoo’er in residence with other multiple cleaning devices, chemicals, & etc. to handle ANY mess. Don’t leave mess for next person to eventually find, please, ESPECIALLY ALCOHOL. It ferments and smells horrible. I’ll gladly clean up a mess with a smile on my face, when compared to finding a nasty spilled/crusty/smelly remnants of an old fancy whip cream drink. PLEASE JUST TELL ME of ANY potential issues as soon as they arise.
