With harbor views right outside your door, this bright and airy home invites you to slow down—watch sailboats drift by, grill dinner on the private deck, or take a short walk to the beach. Comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtfully laid out, it’s an ideal retreat for families and groups looking for a relaxed beach getaway.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire top-floor duplex, including all interior spaces and the large, private waterfront deck.

Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry. We respect your privacy throughout your stay and are always available via the app or phone if you need assistance.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement. Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $25 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.
