Staff were amazing, rooms and bathrooms were clean and pool was wonderful. We would highly recommend this location for your vacation. It is on the quiet side but with a car you can go anywhere from here.There are also good restaurants in the area and as Dawn beach can be a bit rough, you can drive to any of the beautiful beaches on the island. Great Bay, Mullet, Friar's, Happy and Anse Marcel are our favourites. Enjoy!

The stay at Princess Heights was wonderful as usual, staff was friendly and courteous as always. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was fantastic. We asked for a room directly off the parking lot and they delivered. I would highly recommend Princess Heights.

This place puts the z in ZEN great value for a great price. You will have to be ready to walk its very mountainous so walking to b a r and few food choices is a little walk but besides that allllll great vibes

The room was clean and very comfortable and the decor was simple and modern. The staff was excellent. We were brought to our room and shown the compounds by the front office. The oceanview was absolutely breathtaking and breakfast being brought to us every morning to enjoy on the balcony was another unexpected treat! I would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to return to St. Maarten!

This property was very nice and astonishing. The area was quiet and lovely place to have a vacation at. The beds were so comfortable after a day of activities and excursions.
