Maisonnette au sein d'un petit lotissement de tourisme avec petit jardin sans vis à vis et place de parking à proximité. A 3 minutes de Jonzac, parfait pour une cure ou pour découvrir la région.En terme d'équipements, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner de bons petits plats juste le lave-vaisselle un peu vieillissant.TV connectée, box internet. A noter que le réseau 4G est un peu difficile à l'intérieur de la maison.Canapé confortable. Des livres à disposition. Moustiquaire dans la chambre (sud de la France, beaucoup de moustiques, pas les plus féroces du pays mais ca pourrait valoir le coup de rajouter une moustiquaire à la fenêtre du salon).Propriétaires disponibles et arrangeants pour les arrivées et départs.J'y retournerai peut-être hors saison (plus frais pour les visites).
